If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

8. Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and reshipment cost.
