1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for items that are:

  • Incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Returned within the allowed timeframe (see below)

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Clearance items

  • Used or damaged items not caused by us

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return or refund within 7–14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable)

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

4. Refund Approval

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. For an exchange request, email us with your order details and photos.

6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If an incorrect address was provided during checkout or a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers may file a claim directly with the carrier.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing or shipping has started, cancellations cannot be made.
